Do I need to create an account to place an order?

It is optional. You can do guest check out if you do not wish to open an account. However there are some great benefits of creating an account .

 

Can I browse the menu before ordering?

Yes! Just click on the order online section and you can browse the entire range.

 

I have a question about a menu item – where can I get more info?

If you have a question about a menu item, feel free to call the Everest Mo:Mo directly and ask or send us an email with your queries.

 

Is your meat product HALAL?

Yes all our meat product in Everest Mo:Mo are HALAL certified. We do not own the certificate our self but  our meat supplier have the HALAL Certificate. We can provide additional information for verification if required.

 

Will my Ready to Eat Mo:Mo be warm enough to eat when it arrives or do I have to re-heat it ?

Absolutely it will be warm.  As name suggest, our Ready to Eat Mo:Mo will be in-fact  ready to eat when it arrives. You just open the pack and can enjoy our delicious Mo:Mo straight away. We prepare (steam) our mo:mo after we receive the order and will be packed in aluminium foil container to make it fresh and warm for longer period. Even after hour you can still feel the warmness and freshness of our mo:mo.

 

Do we get exact product that we see in the website?

In-terms of quality and taste you always get the same product that we (Everest Mo:Mo) claim. Regarding shape or design, it might vary depending upon the batch of production. Some images of product are just for illustration to show the creativity how our mo:mo can be eaten and some could be just for demonstration purpose only.

 

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no restriction on orders for local pickup options. However, If you wish to get your food delivered, there is a restriction for minimum order amount and is mentioned in the online ordering section. To get benefit of free shipping, there might be some minimum amount order requirements. Also, if you select items that do not meet the minimum amount for delivery and attempt to place your order, you will be given the option to either add more or choose local pickup rather than Delivery.

 

How do I know if my order went through?

Once you place your order and your payment is validated, you will receive an email confirming (or rejecting your order).

 

It’s been fifteen minutes and I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

First step is to check your junk email, just in case. If there is nothing there, please call the Everest Mo:Mo directly to confirm that they have received your order.

 

My order was rejected by Everest Mo:Mo – why?

There are a few reasons why a Everest Mo:Mo may reject your order; the email you received should provide you with a bit more information and probably ask that you call Everest Mo:Mo to amend your order .

 

Can I place an order when your Everest Mo:Mo is closed?

Yes you can place an order 24/7 at Everest Mo:Mo but the delivery will be made as per the hours mentioned in the website (www.everestmomo.com.au). Local pickup can also be done during specific period of time mentioned in the website.

 

Can I place an order over the phone? I don’t trust websites!

If you feel unsure of sharing your PayPal, credit card or debit information on the website; YES, by all means call Everest Mo:Mo to place an order if that is your preference. But after placing a phone orders we want you to send us your delivery address via SMS. However, We prefer that you place an order directly on our website – this way you can take your time browsing menu items or chat with your friends without feeling rushed to order. Our website (www.everestmomo.com.au) is secure and uses the latest technology to keep your information safe and therefor no need to worry about ordering over the internet if you decide to do so.

 

I paid online but my order was cancelled. How do I get my refund?

Cancelled orders are automatically refunded overnight and the funds will be back into your account in 2-3 business days, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds may take longer.

 

I don’t have a credit card – can I pay cash?

We usually prefer online online payment for orders that uses delivery option. If you choose to pick up at store, you can pay cash. On some circumstances we accept cash on delivery. (please call us before placing and order)

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, Debit Cards and other associated Merchant Cards via PayPal. Our PayPal gateway accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards.

 

How do I use a coupon code?

First, select all your menu items and click the “Place Order” button. After you have confirmed your order, account info, and payment method, you can enter the coupon code into the field near the bottom of the page. Click on the “Validate coupon” link to apply the coupon. Please note that you can only use one coupon code or promotion per order.

 

Do you have a time guarantee?

We don’t have a time guarantee for delivery due to various un-controllable circumstances but we do put efforts to deliver your order as soon as possible and on time.

 

How do I know when to expect my order to be delivered?

On the confirmation page, you can choose the time that you would like to have your order delivered or put your preference in delivery note box in checkout page. But this does not guarantee the exact time of delivery even though you have kept your preference. We will try our best to get it delivered in your preferred time.

 

Should I tip? How?

You are under no obligation to tip your delivery driver, but if you do, they will certainly appreciate it! If you are paying online, using your debit or credit card or PayPal account, you can click on the button beside “Tip the drive”, select the amount and make the payment as total order.

 

My food is late/never arrived – what now?

If your order is late, please call Everest Mo:Mo directly to ask for an update. They will be able to let you know where your order is.

 

What if I selected Delivery, but actually wanted to pickup my order?

If you notice your error quickly, you can call Everest Mo:Mo and ask to change how you’ll receive your food order. Remember, the longer you take to contact them, the higher the chance that your order is already on its way to your address!

 

I ordered chicken mo:mo instead of mutton mo:mo or veg mo:mo – what can I do?

If you call Everest Mo:Mo immediately after placing your order, they may be able to fix the mistake. But, it’s possible that they have already started to prepare your food as you originally requested. The sooner you reach out, the better!

 

How do I place a review?

If you’ve received an order and want to let your fellow know about your experience, check out the review section in our website, Facebook page or google plus page.We would love to hear your beautiful comments and suggestion.

 

Where does you produce come from?

Everest Mo:Mo orders all produce raw materials from multiple Australian-owned suppliers. All produce is fresh and delivered on time to ensure the highest of quality ingredients are used in all our products.

 

Do you facilitate customers with allergies?

Everest Mo:Mo makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Everest Mo:Mo will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our product.

 

I have a food allergy – how do I let the restaurant know?

You can add your food allergy, special instruction, or comment with your order on the checkout page in the comments box. If you have a severe allergy or serious concern, please feel free to call the Everest Mo:Mo to inform us directly.

 

How do I get a refund?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact Everest Mo:Mo directly to ask for a refund. The refund will then be applied to your credit or debit card or PayPal account. If you paid cash, you will be able to pick up your refund directly at Everest Mo:Mo.

 

I was supposed to receive a refund, but never received it – what’s the deal?

If a refund is processed within a day of placing your order, it’s possible that they money was never deducted from your debit account or credit card. There would be no refund because the money was never received by Everest Mo:Mo in the first place. If you’ve double-checked your statements and can see that the money left your account but was never refunded, please call Everest Mo:Mo so that they can take further action.

 

I didn’t find the answer to my question here – now what?

If your question is regarding menu items, delivery area, food preparation, or service, please contact Everest Mo:Mo.

If your question is regarding a technical problem with the website, ordering system, or payment processing, you can still contact Everest Mo:Mo and we will take appropriate action.

 

Can I cancel my order?

No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery.

 

Is there a charge for delivery?

Depending upon the value of orders, there could be small delivery fee or even could be free. For Birthdays, functions and corporate events delivery are free most of the time. ( please call us). You can also find the information in checkout page and in product display page.

 

Are vegetarian options available?

Yes. Everest Mo:Mo offers a complete range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, meaning there’s something for you and every member of your family when you choose our product
